This morning I rolled over to check the time and it was 7:15. I had not heard a peep out of a certain blue eyed baby so I shut my eyes for a few more minutes. Ten minutes later, still nothing. I finally couldn’t wait anymore, I was looking forward to watching my DVR’d American Idol and I really had to pee. I decided to check on him before I headed downstairs and as I opened his door, there was my sleepy eyed (I think sleep eyes are so cute) sitting up in his crib playing with bear. He noticed me, let out a squeal and moved to the side of the crib. I said, “GOOD MORNING!” and walked over to pick up his kissable face to smooch it up and as I look down in the crib, I see my child is naked from the waist down. No pants. No diaper. Bare butt galore. Just as happy as a lark.
I guess morning is much more pleasant when you’re not sitting in a diaper full of pee!
